1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Smart Worksheet AI platform ("Website", "App", or "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Smart Worksheet AI provides an artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to help parents and guardians generate educational worksheets for their children. The generated content is intended for educational and practice purposes only.

3. Accounts and Mandatory Subscription

  • To use the full features of the platform, parents/guardians must register for an account.
  • Adding a child to your account requires an active, mandatory subscription. Free access (if provided) is limited and does not allow for long-term child profile tracking or unlimited AI generation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the plan selected. We accept major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, and UPI options (GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm). Unless otherwise stated by applicable law or our specific refund policy offered at the time of purchase, all fees paid are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct and Content

As a user, you agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate worksheets containing unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the AI generation algorithms.
  • Resell or distribute the AI-generated worksheets for commercial profit without our explicit written consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smart Worksheet AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our AI strives for accuracy in educational content, Smart Worksheet AI shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the generated worksheets. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for reviewing the material before providing it to the child.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rourkela, Odisha for the resolution of any disputes.
